Risk Of Loss

All items purchased from Organocoffee.co.za are delivered pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Product Descriptions

Organocoffee.co.za attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, OrganoCoffee does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Organo Gold itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Pricing

Currency for all products on OrganoCoffee is in South African Rand (ZAR). Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full value price to public. With respect to items sold by OrganoCoffee, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by OrganoCoffee. Your purchases from third-party sellers are charged at the time you place your order, and third-party sellers may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.

Shipping Policy

Product will be delivered within approximately 5-7 working days after it has been despatched. Such quoted delivery dates are OrganoCoffee best estimate for delivery and whilst every effort will be made to keep to them OrganoCoffee shall be under no liability whatsoever if for any reason delivery is delayed. OrganoCoffee assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage sustained by Customer due to inability to meet a specified delivery date. If any product the customer orders turns out to be unavailable, the customer will be informed at the time of order. You are encouraged to add a pre-paid tracking or delivery confirmation service to all return packages. If returned product is not received by OrganoCoffee, it is your responsibility trace the shipment.

Return/Refund-Buy Back Policy

The goal of OrganoCoffee is to ensure that Customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Upon receipt of any package, it should be examined closely prior to opening the factory-sealed products’ packaging. If the order is not in satisfactory, it may be returned following the procedure set out in the Policies & Procedure.

All products returned (other than for determination of Defects, as outlined below), must be returned unused, unopened and in resalable condition.
When returning a product please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting our Customer Support department at support@OrganoCoffee.co.za prior to any attempted return.

Applicable Law

By visiting OrganoCoffee.co.za, you agree that the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern any dispute specifically regarding these Conditions of Use, other than Distributor rights on cancellation returns that might arise between you and OrganoCoffee.

Please review our other policies, such as our privacy policy and policies and procedures. These policies also govern your visit to OrganoCoffee. We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time.
